Hello There!

my name is Heather. Married to my high school sweetheart, Ethan, and mama to the biggest blessings, Amelia Grace and cooper. These two titles are by far my proudest and biggest accomplishments in life.

Aside from that, I am a Registered nurse who spent eight years working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for some of the worlds tiniest humans. Although That Jon felt like an honor - I ultimately left to chase a passion- you guessed it, helping others with their health and fitness. I’ve always been active and involved in sports growing up and throughout high school, but my true passion for health and wellness came right after nursing school in 2014. School was stressful, demanding and took up every second I had. My health was placed on the back burner and I was merely surviving off of whatever food was quick and convenient (hello peanut m&m’s and cereal), and little to no physical activity— besides clinical and walking the hospital halls. I felt sluggish, weak and lacked confidence. I was ready for a change.

After graduation, I joined a fitness challenge hosted by a female I had been following on social media. It was just the push that I needed to get back into my grove of being active and making my health a priority. It sparked my passion for helping others on this journey as it made a huge difference mentally and physically. I realized that in order to change, I had to be the one to make the change. Since then, I’ve focused on gaining as much knowledge as possible regarding health and fitness and became a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM. I’m passionate about helping others in their fitness journeys whether that be weight loss, strength endurance, muscle gain, etc.

My philosophy is one that uses a balanced and flexible approach to nutrition combined with strength training workouts that can be completed from home or the gym. My goal is to help you create a lifestyle that you grow to love respect and can sustain long term.
